How Will You Measure Your Life? – Harvard Business Review
This article has inspired me to ask important life questions.
Define your top three values in life. What are the three things you will have or achieve with which will affirm that you have lived successfully? For each value you identify, ask the next questions to validate if it is true.
1. How much does it matter?
2. Can you live without it?
3. Do you absolutely need it to make your life a success?
4. Who cares?
If you had these three things, who would you be or what would you become? Will you be proud of the person that you would be at the end of your life?
What strategies would you employ to achieve your top three values and become the person that you could be proud of at the end of the day? What do you need to do to achieve them? What will you say YES to and what will you say NO to to have the life that you want and become the person that you would like to be? What resources will you need to make your life happen?
How will you create the opportunities to make way to your goal of becoming who you want to be? At the end of the day, how will you measure your life?
